Problem solving and team building games are great fun and an excellent way developing leadership and communication skills by taking people out of themselves into an unfamiliar environment or situation where their performance can be monitored under the watchful eyes of our trained staff.

Who is it for?

Be this for youth groups, schools or social clubs, this will be a voyage of self discovery. Individuals will be put into teams, share in the achievements, and learn more about themselves than was believed possible.

What can you achieve?

In successful completion of the problem solving and team building session each participant will receive a NWAC Problem Solving Certificate.

NWAC team building and problem solving programs utilise a range of novel and challenging outdoor and indoor sessions. The outdoor activities requires effective team behaviours such as problem solving, planning, and leadership to solve. The activities are fun, engaging and powerful.

Team spirit and cohesion develops as the team gains confidence through debriefing, discussion and evaluation.

A typical Problem solving and Team Building session:

Some of the sessions and activities that typically make up a problem solving and team building program include the following:

2.5 hour session

The group will be split into teams, each team will be given a task, evidence, tools and equipment necessary to complete the task.

Day session

  • The group will be briefed and split into groups at the beginning of the day. They will then be given various objectives and ongoing assignments to be completed in their teams throughout the day, such as the egg protection challenge.
  • The individual teams will then be given different tasks, evidence, tools and equipment necessary to complete the tasks. The majority of these tasks will be outdoor.
  • To add a little spice, at any time a team member may be forfeited from the team and moved into another team.

We keep the whole process on the fun side of things, to engage and motivate your participants through their learning process.
